Every other month, we will send our HEAL Community Partners an email with a link to this page to remind them to send us updates. Everyone who submits an update will have their updates posted on the column to the right.

The HEAL Home’s purpose is to catalyze and accelerate collaboration around a shared vision of healthy people and healthy places. The HEAL Home is located at the Foundation for Healthy Communities, a non-profit organization with a mission to improve health and health care in New Hampshire.
