It is true for many of us. Those first steps in establishing a fitness routine are often the hardest. We all know the benefits of exercise -- for weight management, stress reduction, prevention and treatment of diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and the list goes on. People who exercise regularly often add that it just makes them feel good. When regular physical activity seems like one more "to-do" on the list, how do we get to that feel good point?
