The four community partnerships are currently in the planning phase of their HEAL Community Grant Projects. Partnership members from Franklin, Keene, Laconia, and Lebanon participated in a Logic Model Workshop on June 9th. Groups are working with HEAL staff to refine their objectivess and evaluation strategies.
NEXT ROUND of Community Grants is planned for December 2009.
